Hello, I am Noisa

I am Noisa Carlijntje van Celeborn. I do have a pedigree and I'm very proud of that.
My great-great-great-great-grandmother lived in this house as well and had the beautiful name :
Aiya van Noertich in den Houthe. I'm very proud of her..
The dutch word for pedigree is 'stamboom' that means something like a family tree. Because
I have one, I am a part of a tree, they say: a 'tak' (=branch). And so they say I am a 'takkekat",
that is not a very nice word in Dutch and I don't like being called that at all. I do think that's
not very becoming. Not with my aristocratic background ! Because us cats are very 'fluffy' they
even call cats 'Pluizen' (=Fluffies) over here ! That makes me a  'Takkenpluis'. Rather shocking, isn't it ?!?!

I am a bit asthmatical, I'm afraid. I get some medicine for it. And some for spondilose. I'm not quite
sure what that is, but it is something in my back and it hurts when I don't take my medicine. So every
morning I dutifully have a tablet for breakfast and every evening I have one for dinner. It is a little
inconvenient but in this way I can still enjoy live fully.
A lady wants to play with a piece of string now and then !!!

Otherwise I am perfectly alright, as it should be with a lady of standing.
I have two dear children, Arwen and Bras, who are very complaisant.

Midas, who also lives in this house is a nephew of my husband, but is not around very much.
He thinks a lot....

I have more trouble with Stapper, the third male cat in the house. He is a 'platte-plavuizen-pluis'
(a selfmade unpleasant word for a non-pedigree-house-cat). He seems to think that he can play
boss around the house. Well....he can't !  I have to put him in his place regularly !!!!!
